The problem

A complex automation stack about to go live — with no proof it all worked.

The business was ready to take live clients on a stack spanning Dubsado, Zapier, Squarespace, Google Apps Script and Gmail. But automation failures are silent: a renamed field or a rejected webhook doesn't throw an error — it just quietly drops data. Nobody could say with confidence that every flow, payload and email would fire correctly.

The outcome

A production-readiness verdict backed by evidence, not hope.

Every form, Flow, Zap step, contract and email template was traced with real test data. The audit confirmed the system production-ready for standard clients — and caught two high-priority silent failures: a webhook permission error dropping upgrade payments from the backend, and three pending field renames that would have silently broken live payloads.
