Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this website and any engagement with Nexlyn IT Consulting.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website (nexlyn.co) or engaging Nexlyn IT Consulting ("Nexlyn", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Nexlyn designs and builds execution systems, automations and CRM implementations for operations teams. The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between Nexlyn and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

3. Engagements and deliverables

Project timelines communicated on this website (for example "2–6 weeks") are indicative and based on past projects. Actual timelines are confirmed per engagement. Deliverables are considered accepted when the client confirms acceptance or begins using the system in production, whichever occurs first.

4. Payment

Fees, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are set out in the engagement agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client owns the systems, workflows and configurations delivered as part of their engagement. Nexlyn retains ownership of its pre-existing know-how, internal frameworks and reusable methods, and may use anonymised learnings from engagements to improve its services. Case studies identifying a client are only published with permission or in anonymised form.

6. Third-party platforms

Delivered systems are typically built on third-party platforms (for example Dubsado, ClickUp, Airtable, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel and others). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and pricing. Nexlyn is not responsible for changes, outages or data handling on third-party platforms.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlyn's total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nexlyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data on third-party platforms.

9. Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. Metrics shown in case studies reflect specific client projects and are not a guarantee of results.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
